It rained bunches during the last few days so I gathered some of my favorite art & gardening magazines cut outs and put together a collage on the back of an old cabinet door. Hard to see it here, but on the top right there is a photo of a beach and a boat watercolor that reminds me immensely of the ones my dad -who was a writer and an artist- used to paint. Oh, the things a rainy day does to our psyche...

He was also a pilot, a superb athlete, a chef, and a crazy idealistic dreamer (which, I am sure, to him is the biggest compliment one could give him).
