Mystery Flower

They appear to be in the straw flower family and pollinators love them but still can't figure out their name. Pretty.

I know this isn't a new post, but I believe this is Globe Amaranth (Gomphrena globosa). You can dry the flowers and then sew the petals/seeds for more plants. I kept them going for years before moving to Florida but I haven't had much luck with them in FL. There's also a red one, Strawberry Fields I believe it's called, and I think there's also a white one.
