Nasturtium
This one I consider a triumph! I have tried growing nasturtiums for a few years now, problem was -I had only tried them in summer...of course, the heat destroyed them. But, recently I learned that in Central Florida the best planting time is during the cooler winter months. BTW, this info I got from a great little book named "Herbs & Spices for Fl Gardens" by Monica Brandies. Had originally planted them for use in salads (both young leaves & flowers are edible) but could not bring myself to eat something so pretty.
