Jicama

This is my jicama's way of saying: "I need a permanent home! How are those raised beds coming along bud?"

Jicama is a delicious tuber/root...it is easy to grow, seldom bothered by pests, and it can be consumed cooked or raw. Pretty leaves too, no? :-)
