Besides keeping with organic practices in the garden I have been trying to buy organic & heirloom seeds whenever I get the chance. Sometimes, I impulse-buy and that is what happened when I saw Black-Eyed Susan seeds a few weeks ago at the home improvement store.
Today, while I was getting set to plant all my seeds, I realized one pack was completely empty!
So, here is the surprising part: I sent a note to the email address I found on their site...and I got an answer within the hour!!!! Not only that, but they will mail me a new pack of seeds at no cost to me.
I have not seen any organic stuff in their site, but for my all non-organic buys they are the first company I will be loyal to. Go Ferry-Morse Go!
