Komatsuna Hybrid Kojisan

Positives: Tasty, tasty & tasty! Flavor & appearance resembles that of American spinach but it has a bit of a grassy undertone. If this was a piece of meat it would be like comparing lamb (komatsuna) to steak (American spinach). I love it raw or lightly steamed (love it julienned and added into scrambled eggs). These we have growing in pots and they look a bit sad and empty right now because we eat so much of it. These leaves are definitely more textural and crunchier than the Amaranath posted below (so if you like crunch, this is the way to go). Fast grower too.
Negative: can't find any.
