Mexican Sunflower
Annual butterfly nectar favorite. These are planted on a makeshift raised bed and are about 4 feet high. Their sisters are planted in another area of the garden in our regular compacted, awful soil. Those are not even a foot high. Never underestimate the value of good, rich, aerated soil.
