Trying to grow ginger from store bought stuff. I had to bring it indoors because the squirrels don't want me to succeed. Buggers! Now I put the ginger root cuttings in clear plastic bags after misting them generously. Hopefully some plants will pop up. Nothing like fresh ginger in the kitchen!
