Got about 3% of the mosaic done...could not-for the life of me-make up my mind as to what colors where and what design to make final...tomorrow it should be smooth sailing...have a lovely evening!

I've never done any mosiacs but it's something I'd like to try someday.

I got the scoop on mosaics (and moSIAcs too...ha!)...not saying I am good at it...just have an idea of what to use for where (indoor vs outdoor, type of grout...blah blah blah)...the coolest thing about mosaic is that, like with stained glass, it is real hard to make something look bad. If you want to chat about it or are getting ready to make one email me and I can share the stuff I've learned (learnt?...ugh, English, English, English!).

I'm not trying mosAIcs yet... a 3 yr old running around + broken glass/tiles/anything sharp... nah, I'd be better off waiting a while, ya know? But I'll know where to go when I'm ready. (thanks!)
